Goals:
✓ increasing brand awareness;

Tasks:
○ writing texts in an article style that is understandable and acceptable to our target audience (investors, foreigners, businessmen);
○ creation of unique visual content that has become a hallmark of the complex;
○a detailed description of the advantages of the complex;
○ launching targeted advertising (the main goals are coverage, FB subscribers, traffic to the site, engagement + coverage, and engagement with a foreign audience);
○ communication with users (working with negative, and applications, prompt response to comments and messages in Messenger).
Implementation:
● Use of corporate colors, renders, and fonts in photo content.
● Launching advertising for segmented audiences: investors (Ukrainians + foreigners), businessmen, business owners, connoisseurs of expensive and unique luxury goods and high-ranking people of the country.
● Introduction of permanent headings relevant to the target audience.
● Writing long, well-thought-out texts in which it is easy to highlight the main idea of the publication and feel all the benefits of an elite complex.
● Carrying out a photoshoot with the involvement of models to create craft content.
● Setting a point, detailed targeting for the target audience.
● Creation of highlights for page navigation and ease of finding the information you need.
● Filming the construction progress to show the progress of the work to future owners and potential buyers.
● Create Stories in the same style as publications.
● Shooting-timelapse at dawn to show all the grandeur and uniqueness of the architecture of the new residential complex in the center of the capital.
● Shooting high-end design showrooms to showcase to audiences in publications and stories.
Result:
✓ Implemented the developed strategy on Facebook and Instagram;
✓ Increased the number of targeted followers on Facebook and Instagram;
✓ Increased brand awareness in the real estate market;
✓ Achieved an improvement in average reach per month: it was 112,000 users on Instagram and 310,000 on Facebook;
✓ Raised the engagement rate to 6.3% on Facebook and 11.7% on Instagram.
