#Case “Crystal Park Tower”

Crystal Park Tower is a housing project, designed by London architecture agency, John Seifert Architects.

  • Idea development for Telegram-channel promotion

Realisation:

  • Use of signature lines, colours and fonts in photo content
  • An unusual design of apartment layout - a combination of blueprints with visualised advantages of apartments (a spacious living room, an office, a big nursery)
  • Launch of targeted advertising for segmented audiences - entrepreneurs, IT professionals, top managers. Application of Facebook Pixel and retargeting for leads-involvement.
  • Introducing constant topics that are relevant for TA.
  • Writing brief, well-thought-out texts with an easy-to-identify main idea
  • Holding photoshoots for content-making purposes

Result:

  • Implementation of developed strategy on Facebook
  • Creating and filling the Crystal Park Tower page with info, contacts, a photo cover and a profile picture
  • Establishing the number of targeted followers of 820 people
  • Average monthly reach of more than 115.000 users
  • Engagement indicator of 2.4%
  • The number of clicks to the website - more than 20000, CPC - lower than 0.2$
