Goals:
✅ attract new subscribers - increase brand awareness;

Tasks:
✅ audit and preparation of recommendations;

✅ launching targeted advertising (the main goals are engagement and coverage);
✅ communication with users (working with negativity, prompt response to comments, and direct messages);

✅ creating trendy engaging content on TikTok and Instagram.
Implementation:
● We implemented the TikTok content strategy - we shoot trending video content for TikTok in the Dafi shopping center and a mini-studio in the office.
● We develop branded templates for Stories for different categories, as well as graphic elements and fonts.
● We publish Instagram Stories with promotional offers.
● We launch advertising campaigns with different messages and creatives depending on the goal, location, and segment of the target audience.
● We create trendy visual and text content (we also updated the visual concept in 2022).
● We regularly hold lotteries.
● We launched the project “Skip on fashion”, within which we conducted 6 interviews with participants, prepared a technical task for a photographer, and launched various types of creatives in advertising campaigns.
● We maintain regular headings that are relevant to the target audience.
● Promptly respond to comments and work with the negative.
Result:
✅ implemented the developed SMM strategy in TikTok;
✅ twice updated the visual concept and implemented the strategy on Instagram;
✅ qualitatively improved the overall appearance of the profile through the creation of trending content;
✅ increased the number of subscribers;
✅ carried out a special project "Skip on fashion" and thus increased the loyalty and interest in the shopping center page of stylish subscribers.
