We think over the concept and idea of shooting, select several references and approve everything with the client.
Making the moodboard with separate references:

and make it into a presentation.
We select several locations and models for shooting. For a general understanding, we make a layout for the future visual for Instagram feed with references.
We approve it with the client, and also send our presentation to all participants, so that everyone understands their task.
We prescribe and calculate the details, give the client an estimate with all expenses.
We approve the date and time of the shooting and make the timing of our shooting.
The day before the shooting, we create a chat with all participants in the messenger: duplicate the location address, time and important details about the shooting.
Here comes the day X ...
We try to be there before everyone else, we are waiting for our team and start creating. Little lifehack: “to make the process go better, faster and without stress, turn on your favorite playlist and take 10 minutes for a coffee break”.
After the shooting, we thank the team for the excellent work, “pay off” and, of course, share the content of the backstage.
