Conquering the Top Ten: IAB Ukraine Publishes the Rating of Digital Agencies for 2022

The event that all digital agencies in Ukraine have been waiting for has finally taken place. On March 29th, IAB Ukraine published the ratings of digital agencies based on their performance in 2022.

This year, Kiwi Agency achieved the following rankings:

  • 8th place in the "SMM" category
  • 7th place in the "Content" category
  • 11th place in the "Intellectual Services" category.

These are fantastic results and we are proud of our team's hard work. Last year was incredibly challenging, but we persevered and demonstrated not only our resilience, but also our ability to continue working under difficult circumstances to support Ukrainian businesses.

Now, let's discuss the activities of IAB Ukraine and the significance of this rating for digital agencies.

Interactive Advertising Bureau Ukraine (IAB) has been rating digital agencies in Ukraine since 2014. It is published annually and covers the main players in the digital services market.

The IAB Ukraine Digital Agency Ratings are divided into eight categories:

  1. Digital development;
  2. Media;
  3. Performance;
  4. Content;
  5. Influencer marketing;
  6. SMM;
  7. Data and analytics;
  8. Intellectual services.

Six factors are used for all categories: staff, turnover, financial stability, customer recommendations, awards and competitions, and market reputation, but they are weighted differently. The weights are approved by a committee vote.

For instance, to calculate the level of expertise of agencies in the SMM category, the following components are considered:

  • Expertise in various social networks

such as Facebook & Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest, and other networks;

  • Expertise in various categories

including Beauty & Personal Care, Beverages, E-Commerce, Finance, Fitness & Wellness, Restaurants, Retail, and others;

  • Number of brands in operation

currently in active cooperation with the agency;

  • Number of countries in operation

the more countries the agency cooperates with, the higher the number of points;

  • Lifetime value of customers

the duration of cooperation between the agency and the client.

The ratings help companies and clients identify the most successful and influential digital agencies in Ukraine and evaluate their professional level. They can also help clients choose the best agency for specific tasks and projects. That's why we are proud that Kiwi Agency is among the top 10 best SMM agencies in Ukraine.
