The main goals we set before starting cooperation were:
1. Increase reach.
2. Increase interaction on the page.
3. Build communication with followers.
4. Increase the number of followers.
The main tasks we had were:
1. Create more crafty content and video content.
2. Set up advertising campaigns with the appropriate goals.
3. Develop situational content following trends.
4. Maintain communication with users through active posting.
A separate team worked on the «Velmart» project, consisting of an SMM head, SMM manager, targetologist, designer, copywriter, and several content creators. During the cooperation period, we conducted 6 image photo sessions and additional shoots for reels and events.
Based on «Velmart» visual style and existing brand book, we:
1. Developed the profile's visual style.
2. Created new highlights for stories.
3. Conducted product shoots and reels.
4. Used graphically designed layouts for informational publication formats.
5. Moved away from design layouts, introducing more live photos and videos.
For reels, our team prepared scripts separately to make the videos not only informative but also entertaining. According to statistics, users reacted more to video reels than static layouts. For example, organic reach for reels was around 5,000, while static layouts received 2,000-3,000.
Textual content plays a significant role in the retail niche because it allows for conveying key messages: discounts, promotional offers, and special products. Therefore, we:
1. Introduced permanent sections such as "Product of the Week" and "Best Price."
2. Highlighted new products that appeared on «Velmart» shelves.
3. Informed about promotional offers and special operations.
4. Paid significant attention to customer service (the new unique «Velmart» feedback service), encouraging users to leave store reviews.
5. Consistently highlighted products of own import and own brand.
6. Mixed informative content with entertaining content.
An essential part of promoting «Velmart» was the regular launch of advertising campaigns. We divided the advertising strategy into the following campaigns:
1. Reach campaign.
2. Engagement campaign.
3. Separate reach-oriented advertising campaigns.
4. Advertising campaigns for discounts and products of the week.
5. Page likes campaign.
During the cooperation period, we reached almost 3 million users.
During our cooperation with «Velmart» we:
1. Created 40 unique video reels.
2. Conducted approximately 10 image photo sessions.
3. Published 145 posts.
4. Increased the number of followers.
5. Reached nearly 3 million users.
6. Filled the page with "live" content.
