In developing the SMM strategy, we:

• Conducted a detailed analysis of competitors.
• Outlined detailed profiles of the target audience.
• Developed a communication strategy: from archetypes to examples of posts.
• Designed a visual concept based on grid, posts, and stories.

 

One of the important and effective methods of content promotion on Instagram is creating Reels. Therefore, we formulated content plans by mixing static posts with videos.

 

These Reels showcased the services provided by therapists, as well as the salon's atmosphere, general layouts, and small details that create comfort and a unique atmosphere of luxury.

 

Results:

• Implementation of the strategy helped achieve the following results:
• The brand page stands out prominently among competitors and is memorable to the target audience thanks to engaging posts and a distinct visual style.
• Page reach significantly increased (averaging 300k per month) along with interactions, particularly on video posts.
• Posting on the page was consistent, and the content fully met the client's request.
