SMM agency Kiwi Agency is looking for new creative managers to join the team. __ We create and implement SMM strategies for Facebook, Instagram, shoot for TikTok, create visual content, launch advertising campaigns, cooperate with bloggers.

VACANCY 1: SMM MANAGER

📍 Region: Remote, with priority given to Kyiv.

Employment: Full-time.

 

Our ideal SMM manager:

  • Has worked in a similar position for at least 1.5 years.
  • Possesses a thorough understanding of social networks, creates content plans, develops media plans, and launches advertising campaigns.
  • Approaches tasks with passion and dedication rather than just ticking them off.
  • Demonstrates excellent time management skills, proactiveness, and responsibility.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop creative content plans.
  • Create media plans and launch advertising campaigns.
  • Communicate with clients.
  • Provide detailed technical specifications for copywriters, designers, and videographers.
  • Collaborate with content creators to develop concepts for photo sessions and actively participate in their organization.
  • Monitor project KPIs and track personal development.
  • Prepare detailed project reports.

 

VACANCY 2: TikTok Manager / Content Creator

We are currently seeking a highly creative Content Creator to join our #kiwiteam!

 

Responsibilities:

  • Organize and conduct photo sessions for social networks.
  • Manage brand presence on TikTok.
  • Create photo and video content for social networks.
  • Contribute to strategy development with the creative team and advocate for clients.
  • Write scripts and content plans for videos.
  • Film and edit Reels, Stories, and TikTok content.
  • Travel to filming locations.
  • Identify and select influencers, bloggers, and content creators for specific requests.
  • Analyze and generate reports on the effectiveness of social networks.

If this sounds like you: 

  • You have good taste, insight, and an understanding of visual trends.
  • You can recognize trending TikTok tracks from the first second.
  • You are comfortable being playful on camera and filming yourself.

 

It would be advantageous if you:

  • Follow and are familiar with top bloggers who can collaborate with brands.
  • Already have experience creating video content for brands on TikTok.

Work format:

Remote, with the opportunity to travel to Kyiv once a week for shooting.

We can start with project-based work to get a feel for each other's vibe.
