The Avalon Group team reached out to Kiwi Agency before starting to manage social media and appearing on the store shelves. Therefore, our task was to prepare a comprehensive brand development strategy from scratch in social media.
Considering these goals, we divided the promotion into two stages:
Launch Period: The main goal for social media during this period was to inform about the product, and locations where it is available, and use Facebook and Instagram pages as business cards for potential customers and future partners.
Growth Period: During this stage, we enhanced interest in the brand through influencer collaborations, advertising, and unconventional content.

To ensure better information reception and capture the audience's attention to the product, we adhered to a minimalistic visual style.
To segment the content, we developed a categorization system for posts and stories. It included:
1. Product Posts: These aimed to build knowledge about the product and how to use it.
2. Certification Posts: These contributed to shaping the brand's image as a caring expert in its field through showcasing product certifications.
3. Production Posts: These increased brand loyalty by providing transparency and openness at all stages of production.
4. Contests and Interactive Posts: These fostered increased audience interaction and activity on the page.
Targeted Advertising and Other Integrations
Since the primary goal of the advertising campaign was brand awareness, we focused on campaigns to reach a wider audience, create specific creatives, and attract new subscribers to the brand's pages.
Results
In the 4-month collaboration with Avalon Group, we achieved the following:
1. Implemented the developed SMM strategy on Instagram and Facebook.
2. Developed a visual concept that contributed to brand recognition.
3. Formed a community of loyal followers on social media.
4. Received regular positive feedback and a high level of audience engagement on the pages.
