• Creation of visual style and content in the bank's corporate colors and in accordance with the updated brand book
• Launching targeted advertising (with a focus on lead generation, engagement, and coverage)
• Building communication rules with subscribers
• Promptly responding to inquiries from potential customers

To achieve this, we have:

• Used corporate colors, elements, and fonts in photo content
• Developed the visual style of the profile, including the design of posts, stories, and highlights
• Updated the rubric after analyzing the target audience
• Introduced permanent headings relevant to different segments of the target audience. Regularly published informative, expert content alternating with product content
• Launched advertisements for different audience segments (entrepreneurs, private individuals, etc.)

Territory of business networking: Our subscribers have the opportunity to express themselves, connect with other entrepreneurs and business professionals, and exchange knowledge and experience.

As a result:

• We implemented the developed SMM strategy in social networks
• Built the visual style of the profile in accordance with the updated concept
